Welcome to Hidden Oak Farms, where you and your family can get up close and personal with friendly amazing animals.  Come and enjoy the beautifully shaded property and spend the day observing and interacting with a variety of  exotic animals.
 
We are accredited by the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) and we are a member of the National Wildlife Rescue/Rehabilitation Association.  This allows us to rescue and rehabilitate animals native to Louisiana. 
Hidden Oak Farms has created a habitat for animals including: kangaroos, camels, zebras, Water Buffalo, Scottish Highlander cows, pot belly pigs, Jacob four horned sheep, coatimundies, fainting goats, miniature horses, axis deer, Patagonian cavies, miniature donkeys, long horned cows, turkeys, pygmy goats, peacocks, rams, miniature Brahman bulls, alpacas, a raccoon, a descented skunk and a host of guinnies and mallard ducks and Chinese geese that roam the property freely.  Each spring the zoo welcomes the birth of many new animals.  We are always adding new and exciting animals so be sure to come see us regularly.
After seeing all of the animals the kids love playing on the Rainbow Play System,  and building castles in our Sand Land.  If that is not enough the children can take an exciting ride on our exclusive Moo Moo Choo Choo to see the sites around the park.

Although no outside food or drinks are allowed, if  you work up an appetite we have a Snack Shack available to satisfy your hunger.  Gourmet hamburgers and hotdogs always smell great when they are being grilled on the patio.  Picnic tables are placed throughout the park to enjoy your meal.
