Tilley and her Best Friend Patches
Hidden Oak Farms began with a couple of goats to eat poison ivy on our newly acquired property in 2000.
We enjoyed interacting with the goats so much that we decided to adopt a baby calf. We brought Tilley home when she was two days old and bottle fed her three times a day.
As Tilley began to grow we felt she might be lonely so we adopted a miniature horse, Mouse. After that, we began adopting other various animals and adding to our family.
Our first exotic was adopted at Christmas 2005 when we added Clyde the Camel to our family. He was only six months old at the time.
Tilley at Christmas 2003, The Cow that started it all!!!
Since then we have had the opportunity to add more domestic and exotic animals and our family continues to grow on an almost daily basis with the additions of our spring babies.
Hidden Oak Farms became a reality when we decided to share all of the animals with you!
Look at her now, 2000 pounds and still a big baby!!
Tilly and Harry, a Scottish Highlander Bull, decided they wanted to start a family of their own! In late Summer of 2009, Willy was born. Tilly, Harry and Willy have become the First Family of Hidden Oak Farms.
